Q. When are we allowed to view the venue?

A. Simply get in touch with us, and we will organise a time that works best for you.

Q. CAN WE JUST HIRE THE chapel or hangar for functions?

A. Unfortunately no, we are a wedding venue only. Every package comes with a stretch tent.

Q. WHY SHOULD I HIRE A STRETCH TENT?

A. Lets just start with, the design and amazing look of the stretch tents is something unique and unforgettable. At night time our tents come to life creating an amazing atmosphere for speeches and dancing.

Our Stretch Tents are very versatile. They can be set up in many places your traditional marquee can not. We can work around gardens, trees and uneven grounds. We also have the ability to set our tents up in different configurations. On your stunning sunny days we can have a side or two up allowing you to enjoy a breeze with a beautiful view. While having the ability to set our tents up for the colder Southland days. With 90% of the tent enclosed keeping everyone comfortable and warm.

Our clients often comment on how quiet and peaceful the stretch tents are in the wind and rain, with no flapping of material and heavy sounds of rain drops on the roof.

Q. Can we put the tent up ourselves ?

A. We do all the building for you. Our tents can be difficult to set up. To ensure a safe rig it is important that we do all the installing for you.

Q. HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

A. We always allow for you to have a full day before your wedding or event to set up and decorate your tent. We can pack up a day or two after your event. This is decided on what works best for you and your plans.

Q. How do Stretch Tents hold up in the nasty cold Southland/Dunedin weather?

A. Over 15 years, our tents have proved themselves. We watch the weather leading up to the event. We always suggest comfort over views in bad weather. The tents are 100% waterproof and can handle 75kmph winds.

Q. Do you come out and DO A SITE INSPECTION TO check THAT THE TENT WILL FIT ON OUR SECTION ?

A. Absolutely! We love doing site inspections, this is a free service that we offer. We enjoy meeting future clients and coming up with game plans for the big day!
